A biomass boiler provides heat for both the accommodations and the spa, while solar panels cover a large proportion of daily electricity consumption. The property also benefits from excellent thermal insulation thanks to traditional materials such as stone and wood, which help to lower energy consumption while maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout the year.
