Bauma de les Deveses

Bauma de les Deveses is a family-run business dedicated to the cultivation of vineyards and aromatic and medicinal plants in Sant Julià de Cerdanyola, in the Alt Berguedà region of Catalonia, Spain.

Using the plants grown in our own gardens, we handcraft traditional herbal liqueurs, including ratafia, thyme liqueur, sloe liqueur and blackberry liqueur, preserving local knowledge and time-honoured recipes.

Throughout the year, we offer guided visits, tastings, workshops and nature-based experiences that invite visitors to discover the rich botanical heritage of our region. Medicinal herbs and wild edible plants take centre stage in our activities, where participants learn about their properties, traditional uses and practical ways to incorporate them into everyday life.

We also run hands-on workshops on natural herbal first-aid remedies, artisanal liqueur making, essential oil perfumes, wild food and foraging, distillation and maceration techniques, natural cosmetics, and many other activities inspired by the world of plants.
