The personal data provided by member organisations will be processed by Barcelona Provincial Council in order to carry out activities related to the services and/or actions of the Barcelona Region Biosphere Commitment to Sustainable Tourism.
We inform you that the personal data provided in this request are collected in accordance with article 66 of Law 39/2015 of 1 October on the common administrative procedure of public administrations and will be processed in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and in Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights.

Although you will get the appropriate answer through this channel, you may, if you deem it appropriate, submit the corresponding complaint to the website of the Catalan Data Protection Authority (APDCAT).
When the data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, they will be kept in accordance with the Barcelona Provincial Council's instructions for document management and archiving. Likewise, they will not be passed on to public or private natural and legal persons without your consent, unless, due to a complaint, they must be provided to the security forces or if authorised by law.
You may exercise your rights to access, rectify, delete, oppose and limit the processing of your data at the electronic headquarters and in person or by post at the General Registry of Barcelona Provincial Council, in the latter cases by attaching a photocopy of the ID card of the person concerned.
The data provided may be transferred to third parties with which the Provincial Council has a relationship, either contractually or through an agreement, for the implementation of the programme.
